Getting to Know Us

Introduction

We are a family of avid readers and writers. There are four of us directly involved with Duff Publishing, with two more quickly growing up and soon ready to contribute.

Before venturing into writing and publishing books, we posted much of our diverse interests online at our other site, Innvista. Our family has lived and worked together for many years in Canada, United States, and Mexico.

Authors

The principal writer is Duane Duff, a retired school teacher, who has written or compiled six books, including his autobiography. Duane's wife, Pamela, is a health consultant and registered nurse and is working on a book herself.

Martha Arévalo de Duff, a child psychologist and educator, is Duane and Pamela's daughter-in-law. She has written two books in Spanish and is currently working on a couple more, a vegetarian cookbook and her autobiography. She and her husband have two sons.

Editor / Publisher

Sean Duff, Martha's husband, is the editor and publisher of the family, and the one operating the business side of the family project, including the maintenance of this website. He was the one who introduced the family to the concept of self-publishing in 2004 when he compiled a series of short stories written by Duane, who had longed to be a writer.
